The Life and Times of James and Lillian Davidson, FRGS, 1872-1933 by Robert Lampard, M.D. “Perhaps if Rotary had gone searching she would never have found the militant apostle that she needed for successful work in the Near and Far East…There are no other fellows that I know of just like Jim Davidson; his personality is distinctly and entirely his own, and it is an odd conglomerate – seer, politician, showman, adventurer, writer, philosopher, incorrigible youth and modern go-getter. And it took his whole repertoire to succeed. Indeed, I believe he succeeded where no one else could have." (C. McCullough, President 1921/22, Rotary International)

Hearts, Minds & Vision: Roots of the LibinCardiovascular Institute of Alberta by D. GeorgeWyse, J. Robert Lampard, Barbara Kermode-Scott, and Al-Karim Walli "Hearts, Minds & Vision tells the story of a dedicated group of people with extraordinary talents, skills, knowledge, experience, ideas, and energy. It describes their impact on cardiovascular sciences, patient care, research and teaching, cardiac surgery, and the biochemical, physiological, pharmacological, and other aspects of the cardiovascular system—in Calgary, Canada. In the process it mirrors the remarkable global changes that have occurred in these fields during the last eighty years and the Calgary contributions to this progress."
Sylvan Lake: A Postcard Perspective by Robert Lampard, M.D. and Brian Inglis, M.D. "With so many [Sylvan Lake] postcards now found, we have grouped them into 15 chapters or themes. In each chapter, the postcards have been ordered chronologically by date of publication. As many of the postcards were unused, they have no postal date. In some cases the postcard was sold for as long as thirty years after it was published. This has made determining the date of publication a challenge. With the 2013 name change, Centennial Street and pier names have been used in place of Main Street and Main Street pier."

Creating The Future of Health: The History Of the Cumming School of Medicine at the University of Calgary, 1967-2012 by Robert Lampard, David B. Hogan, Frank W. Stahnisch, and James R. Wright Jr. "Creating the Future of Health is the fascinating story of the first fifty years of the Cumming School of Medicine at the University of Calgary. Founded at the recommendation of the Royal Commission on Health Services in 1964 the Cumming School has, from the very beginning, focused on innovation and excellence in health education... This is a story of perseverance through fiscal turbulence, sweeping changes to health care and health care education, and changing ideas of what health services are and what they should do. It is a story of triumph, of innovation, and of the Calgary tenacious spirit that thrives to this day at the Cumming School of Medicine."
Pathways to Education by Robert Lampard, Don Hepburn, Henry Wostenberg, Mary Gardiner, and Paul Gowans The little town of Red Deer Alberta, whose population did not exceed 2,500 until 1940, was home to eight unique schools starting in 1893. Why did these schools come to Red Deer? Were they part of a pathway that influenced other schools, or were they one of a kind? What was the role of faith and religion in their formation? What influence did they have on the Red Deer community and vice versa? Some, but not all of the questions are answered in this book.
